Established in 2003 to bridge the understanding, relationships and knowledge between academia, government and research to community organizations and agencies that work with underserved populations, specifically the Latino population, Research Evaluation Associates for Latinos (REAL) is a Women’s Minority Owned Business Enterprise (W/MBE), and it was established in June 2003

Dr. Theresa Rosner-Salazar and Dr. Deborah Trujillo-Watson are co-founders of Research Evaluation Associates for Latinos in Colorado. REAL’s mission is to provide culturally competent consulting and evaluation services that promote the health and success of individuals and community agencies. REAL assists non-profits and other organizations to provide the most effective services and programs to multicultural groups, while striving to improve the lives of people in embracing their own diversity and that of other cultures.
