Aligning with the Eight Guiding Principles
 

It is important to individually and collectively reflect on your decisions related to making meaning from your data and sharing and using your discoveries. Here are the Eight Guiding Principles, accompanied by questions that will help you with your reflection.

3.   Create a safe, hospitable, engaging environment.
4.   Encourage and appreciate each person’s unique contribution.
5.   Build relationships that rejuvenate learning and practice.
6.   Create authentic, open-minded dialogue that brings out diverse perspectives.
7.   Engage in individual and collective reflection.
