Carol G. Lingenfelter

Carol Lingenfelter has served as a consultant for InSites since 2002, working primarily on the evaluation of the National Consortium for Teaching on Asia’s teacher seminar project. Her work has included coordination of site visits, review of data, analysis of reports, and preparation of case studies highlighting the results of the evaluation.

Ms. Lingenfelter has extensive experience in organizational management and analysis, serving in the non-profit area in both management and as a board member, as a team leader and peer reviewer for the Council on Accreditation, and in other consulting roles in Continuous Quality Improvement.

Ms. Lingenfelter holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Michigan State University and a B.A. in Sociology from Wheaton College.
