Getting a CLIP Started

To get a CLIP started, you find others who share your interest in a general issue. You work together to generate possible ideas for the questions that your CLIP would investigate in its inquiry. To learn some ways to develop the focus of a CLIP, go to Module 3.

Once you have ideas for the focus of an inquiry, getting a CLIP started involves:

  • preparing a CLIP application
  • finding additional CLIP members (if necessary)
