Facilitating the CLIP Inquiry  
 
During the CLIP inquiry itself, your role as a CLIP Facilitator primarily involves:
  • working with the CLIP members to develop an Inquiry Plan
  • identifying roles that the CLIP members will play in the inquiry and coordinating the inquiry process

The most challenging task usually is coordinating the various taks and people in a way that both gets the tasks done and builds community based on the Eight Guiding Principles of CLIPs. The next two pages talk about your role in developing an Inquiry Plan and helping the CLIP conduct its inquiry.
