What is the Purpose of a CLIP?

CLIPs focus on enhancing student learning and success.

A CLIP uses an inquiry process to study questions about teaching and learning that are important to the CLIP members. Participants are energized by a personal and professional desire to gain new perspectives.

CLIPs build collegial relationships that support making changes in professional practice to enhance student learning.

CLIPs thrive when interaction is meaningful, energizing, and enjoyable, and when learning contributes to professional and personal growth.
